Job summary

Exceed HR and Recruitment in Stellenbosch is seeking an Export Logistics Coordinator to manage end-to-end export processes for African markets, prepare documentation, and coordinate shipments with freight forwarders and agents.

You will track orders, liaise with clients and internal teams, and support process improvements while maintaining accurate records. The role requires 2-3 years in shipping or export logistics, strong Excel skills, and reliability.

Qualifications

• Matric; relevant tertiary qualification advantageous.
• 2-3 Years' experience in shipping, freight forwarding or export logistics.
• Strong knowledge of export processes, Incoterms and documentation.
• Experience with African markets highly advantageous.
• Advanced MS Excel and strong computer skills.
• Syspro experience advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the end-to-end export process, primarily for African markets.
• Prepare export, customs, excise and SAWIS documentation.
• Process and invoice orders accurately on Syspro.
• Coordinate shipments with freight forwarders, customs agents and transport providers.
• Track shipments and resolve delays or logistical issues.
• Liaise with local and international clients, agents and internal teams.
• Coordinate with Sales, Planning, Finance and Production to ensure timely order fulfilment.
• Maintain accurate logistics records and support export process improvements.
