Job summary

Scytale is seeking a data analyst to join the RevOps team. You will manage Sales, CS, Marketing, and Partnerships data, build dashboards, run SQL queries, and deliver insights to stakeholders to drive efficiency and growth.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in Data/RevOps in B2B SaaS, strong storytelling, advanced SQL, and experience with Metabase/Tableau and Snowflake, Oracle, or MemSQL. You will collaborate across Finance and Ops to shape revenue strategies.

Qualifications

• 2+ years as a Data Analyst or RevOps/SalesOps in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Strong analytics, problem-solving, and business context understanding.
• Excellent storytelling and senior-management presentation abilities.
• Advanced SQL and data visualization with Metabase/Tableau.
• Strong Excel skills and data warehouse experience (Snowflake/Oracle/MemSQL).
• Familiarity with ETL/Reverse ETL and data pipeline design.

Responsibilities

• Produce full-funnel reporting across CAC to retention.
• Build live dashboards and define core KPIs for cross-functional stakeholders.
• Support territory design and revenue budget planning with Finance.
• Collaborate with BI Engineers on data models and ETL pipelines.
• Deliver actionable insights to drive efficiency and growth.
