Scytale is seeking a Data Analyst to join the RevOps Team. You will support revenue operations, craft dashboards, and deliver actionable insights to drive efficiency and growth across Sales, CS, Marketing, and Partnerships.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in a Data/RevOps role within a B2B SaaS environment, strong storytelling, and advanced SQL/Data visualization skills, with familiarity in cloud data warehouses and ETL pipelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in a Data Analyst/RevOps/SalesOps role in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand the broader business context.
• Excellent storytelling and communication with experience presenting insights to senior management.
• Advanced SQL and data visualization skills (Metabase and Tableau preferred).
• Strong Excel proficiency.
• Experience querying cloud data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, Oracle, MemSQL).
• Familiarity with data pipeline architectures (ETL/Reverse ETL) and database design.

Responsibilities

• Full-Funnel Reporting: analyze metrics across the revenue funnel and build core revenue reports and dashboards.
• Dashboards & KPIs: craft live-tracking dashboards and define business KPIs for stakeholders.
• Strategy & Planning: support territory design, track targets, and co-design revenue budgets with Finance.
• Data Architecture: collaborate on database and model design and manage ETL and Reverse ETL data pipelines.

Role Overview

We’re looking for a Data Analyst to join our RevOps Team. You’ll play a crucial role in supporting revenue operations, guiding strategic processes, and providing essential direction across the entire revenue funnel.

The ideal candidate will have strong storytelling skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication. As a RevOps Data Analyst, you will manage Sales, CS, Marketing, and Partnership data, crafting dashboards, writing SQL queries, and delivering actionable insights to stakeholders to drive efficiency and growth.

What You Bring

• A minimum of 2+ years of proven experience as a Data Analyst, RevOps Analyst, or SalesOps Analyst within a B2B SaaS environment.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, combined with the ability to understand the broader business context.
• Excellent communication and storytelling abilities, with experience presenting insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Advanced SQL and data visualization skills (Metabase and Tableau preferred).
• Strong Excel proficiency.
• Experience querying and working with cloud data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, Oracle, MemSQL).
• Familiarity with data pipeline architectures (ETL/Reverse ETL) and database design.

Nice to Have

• Experience working with statistical models and analytical methodologies.
• Familiarity with financial forecasting or sales capacity planning models.
• A proactive, collaborative, and team‑oriented approach.

What You’ll Do

• Full‑Funnel Reporting: Analyze metrics and conversion rates across the entire revenue funnel (from CAC to Retention and Churn) and build core revenue reports and dashboards, including Forecasting and Budget vs. Actual (BvA).
• Dashboards & KPIs: Craft live‑tracking dashboards, define business KPIs, and deliver actionable insights to cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Strategy & Planning: Support territory design, track targets/attainments, and co‑design revenue budgets in close partnership with Finance.
• Data Architecture: Collaborate with BI Engineers on database and model design (e.g., Customer health score, Churn risk, lead scoring), managing both ETL and Reverse ETL data pipelines.
