Job summary

Craven Cottage CC in Franschhoek, Western Cape, is seeking a Revenue and Reservations Supervisor to optimise revenue streams across channels and lead the reservations team.

You will forecast revenue, oversee bookings, coordinate with Front Office and Sales, and ensure top guest service while maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Matric Certificate is required.
• A formal hospitality qualification is preferred.
• Experience as Revenue and Reservations Supervisor in a hotel is required.
• Protel PMS experience is beneficial.
• Strong system knowledge and leadership skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Optimise revenue streams and technical systems for maximum profitability.
• Create, interpret and forecast revenue reports in the absence of the Revenue Manager.
• Supervise, train, and coach reservation agents to maintain a 95% service quality benchmark and efficient response times.
• Oversee daily processing of individual and group bookings, block arrangements, amendments, and cancellations across all channels.
• Monitor room availability, rates, and channel allocations (OTAs, GDS, direct) to optimise occupancy and ADR.
• Provide group and conference quotes.
• Compile daily, weekly, and monthly pickup, forecasting, and no-show reports for management review in absence of Revenue Manager.
• Partner with Front Office and Sales teams to communicate VIP arrivals, special guest requests, and group rooming lists.
• Maintain guest confidentiality.

Requirements
