Job summary

HotelJobs in Franschhoek seeks a Revenue and Reservations Supervisor to lead the reservations team and oversee booking operations across all channels. The role supports service quality, inventory and rate control, revenue optimisation and management reporting.

Matric Certificate is required or equivalent.
Strong system knowledge and attention to detail.
Proven leadership skills and ability to coach teams.
Commitment to guest experience and service quality.
Preference for candidates from Franschhoek or nearby.

Responsibilities

Maximise profitability by optimising all revenue streams and systems.
Create, interpret and forecast revenue reports in supervisor absence.
Supervise, train and coach reservation agents to maintain service quality.
Oversee daily processing of bookings, blocks, amendments and cancellations.
Monitor room availability, rates and channel allocations to optimise occupancy and ADR.
Prepare group and conference quotes.
Produce daily/weekly/monthly pickup and forecast reports for management.
Coordinate VIP arrivals and special guest requests with Front Office/Sales.
Maintain strict guest confidentiality.
