Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations.
• Supervise and guide a team of retail associates, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Ensure store displays are neat, organized, and visually appealing.
• Assist with inventory management, including receiving stock and restocking shelves.
• Process customer transactions accurately using the POS system.
• Maintain a safe and clean store environment for both customers and staff.
• Support the implementation of sales initiatives and promotions.
• Open and close the store as scheduled, ensuring security procedures are followed.
• Provide on-the-job training and coaching to new team members.
