Qualifications

• At least 3 years in retail supervisory or senior sales role.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong customer service and sales skills.
• Knowledge of inventory management and visual merchandising.
• Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Flexible hours including weekends and some holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily retail operations and staff on the sales floor.
• Assist customers with inquiries, product selection, and purchases.
• Ensure sales targets are met by the team through guidance and motivation.
• Maintain store presentation, cleanliness, and visual merchandising.
• Manage inventory control, stock receiving, replenishment, and cycle counts.
• Train and onboard new retail associates.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Operate POS systems and manage cash handling procedures.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety, and security.
• Support the Store Manager in all operational duties.
