Retail at Sealand isn’t just about selling — it’s where our story comes to life.
Rooted in sustainability, community, and innovation, our stores are spaces where purpose meets performance, and every customer interaction is an opportunity to bring the Sealand experience to life.
Our Rosebank store is no different, and we’re looking for a confident and hands‑on Retail Store Supervisor to support the Regional Manager and lead the team on the floor.
This is a role for someone who enjoys being in the action motivating a team, driving sales, solving problems, and making sure the store runs smoothly every day.

This is a hands‑on role where your energy, leadership, and attention to detail will directly influence the performance of the store.
