Placements24 is seeking an experienced Store Manager for a Mossel Bay lifestyle and homeware retailer. You will lead daily operations, drive sales, manage inventory, and develop a high-performing team to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

You will recruit, train, and mentor staff, ensure visual merchandising standards, control budgets, and implement local marketing initiatives to increase foot traffic.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of proven experience in retail management.
