Job summary

TFG Jewellery, part of The Foschini Group, is seeking an experienced retail leader to drive turnover and manage store operations. The role focuses on leadership, merchandising execution, and delivering outstanding customer service, while controlling costs and reducing stock losses.

Ideal candidates will have a Matric and at least 3 years of retail experience, including 1 year in store leadership, to lead teams and enhance customer loyalty across our brands.

Qualifications

• A Matric certificate.
• Minimum 3 years retail experience with a minimum of 1 year store leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Driving turnover to ensure the achievement of targets
• Controlling expenses
• Managing stock losses to ensure shrinkage is in line with the Company standard
• People management, including recruitment, development of staff, employee relations, performance management
• Executing in-store merchandising strategy and standards
• Ensure customer satisfaction by executing our customer service strategy and fulfilling the demands of our customers
