Job summary

TFG Jewellery in South Africa seeks a capable retail leader to drive turnover, manage staff, and uphold merchandising standards across our stores. You will recruit, develop, and coach teams while controlling costs and shrinkage in line with company standards.

The role requires at least 3 years of retail experience with 1 year in a leadership position, strong customer service, and a proven ability to plan and execute sales strategies. This is a full-time, on-site position in the Wes-Kaap region.

Qualifications

• Matric certificate with retail experience considered.
• Minimum 3 years retail experience with at least 1 year store leadership.

Responsibilities

• Driving turnover to ensure the achievement of targets
• Controlling expenses
• Managing stock losses to ensure shrinkage is in line with the Company standard
• People management, including recruitment, development of staff, employee relations, performance management
• Executing in-store merchandising strategy and standards
• Ensure customer satisfaction by executing our customer service strategy and fulfilling the demands of our customers
