Job summary

Dante in Midrand, Gauteng is seeking a Retail Sales Trainer to elevate sales teams across RSA. You will deliver training, coach staff, and align performance with targets in a renewables context.

Requires Matric, a related degree or diploma is advantageous, and 2–3 years in sales/training. Travel across South Africa and a valid driver's license are expected; CTC salary is R20,000–R25,000 monthly.

Qualifications

• Matric is required.
• Diploma/degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Management, Retail Management or Training and Development is advantageous.
• Sales training, facilitation or coaching certification is advantageous.
• 2–3 years' experience in retail sales, sales management, sales training or customer service.
• Prior roles as Sales Trainer, Retail Manager or Team Leader are desirable.
• Proven ability to train, coach and develop sales staff.
• Experience with sales targets and performance metrics.
• Valid driver's license.
• Owning a vehicle is advantageous.
• Willingness to travel across South Africa.

Our client, a growing company in the renewable energy sector, is looking for a Retail Sales Trainer to join their team and empower sales teams to perform at their best.

Minimum requirements

• Matric
• Diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Management, Retail Management, Training and Development or a related field will be advantageous
• Sales training, facilitation or coaching certification will be advantageous
• 2 - 3 years' experience in retail sales, sales management, sales training or customer service
• Previous experience as a Sales Trainer, Retail Manager, Sales Team Leader or similar
• Proven experience training, coaching and developing sales employees
• Experience working with sales targets and performance metrics
