Job summary

Dante Personnel Mpumalanga is seeking a Sales Trainer with 2-3 years in retail sales or customer service to train, coach and develop the sales team. The role involves facilitating training, meeting sales targets and metrics, and traveling across South Africa. A relevant diploma or degree is advantageous; a training/coaching certification is a plus.

A valid driver’s license and own vehicle are preferred. Matric is required.

Qualifications

• Matric is required.
• Diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Management, Retail Management, Training and Development or related field will be advantageous.
• Sales training, facilitation or coaching certification will be advantageous.
• 2-3 years' experience in retail sales, sales management, sales training or customer service.
• Previous experience as a Sales Trainer, Retail Manager, Sales Team Leader or similar.
• Proven experience training, coaching and developing sales employees.
• Experience working with sales targets and performance metrics.
• Valid driver's license.
• Own vehicle will be an advantage.
• Willingness to travel throughout South Africa.
