Job summary

Futurelink Global Recruitment in Midrand is seeking an experienced Retail Sales Trainer to develop and upskill retail sales teams through product knowledge, sales techniques, customer-service training and performance coaching. The role involves traveling to various outlets to assess and improve performance.

You will conduct training programs, analyse gaps, and work with management to implement development plans while maintaining strong product knowledge and up-to-date promotions and campaigns.

Qualifications

• Matric is required.
• 2-3 years experience in retail sales management, sales training and customer service.
• Experience as Sales Trainer, Retail Manager or Sales Team Leader.
• Proven training or coaching experience with sales employees.
• Experience with sales targets and performance metrics.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license.
• Own vehicle is advantageous.
• Willingness to travel throughout South Africa.

Desired Experience & Qualification

• Minumum 2-3 years experience in retail sales management, sales training and customer service.
• Previous experience as a Sales Trainer, Retail Manager or Sales Team Leader or similar position.
• Demonstrated experience in delivering training or coaching sales employees.
• Experience working woth sales targets and perfroment metrics.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Valid drivers liscence.
• Own vehicle (advantageous).
