About the Role

Our client is seeking a motivated and experienced Retail Sales Team Lead to guide and inspire their sales team in Stellenbosch . In this hybrid role, you will split your time between leading on the sales floor, coaching team members, and working remotely on strategic sales planning and analysis. Your primary focus will be on driving sales performance, enhancing customer engagement, and fostering a positive team culture. Key Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and motivate a team of retail sales associates to achieve sales targets.

• Familiarity with POS systems and retail sales reporting.
