Job summary

CALPAK is expanding its retail footprint and seeking a Sales Supervisor to lead from the floor, coach the team, and deliver outstanding customer experiences. You’ll be on the ground, guiding daily operations and ensuring KPIs are met while embodying the brand's "Happy Packing" culture.

Role requires 2+ years in retail leadership, strong product knowledge, and a flexible schedule including weekends. US eligibility applies; store operations and POS are key responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of progressive retail experience, including leading or coaching a team.
• Strong customer service mindset and communication skills.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales by leading from the floor and motivating the team.
• Coach, develop, and inspire Sales Advisors with real-time feedback and product knowledge.
• Provide exceptional customer service and build memorable shopping experiences.
