Responsibilities

• Oversee efficient back-of-house operations and enforce company policies and SOPs.
• Mitigate risk, optimise processes, manage stock and stocktakes, and monitor financial activities.
• Lead and inspire teams to achieve excellence, fostering collaboration and high performance.
• Ensure smooth behind-the-scenes operations and reduce business risks through robust controls.
• Drive continuous improvement by refining systems and processes to stay competitive.
