Job summary

You will motivate the team, manage priorities, and ensure execution of merchandise and visual principles while driving store KPIs such as turnover, rewards, new accounts and visuals.

Qualifications

• Matric certificate is required.
• Minimum 3 years retail experience with at least 1 year in store leadership.
• High flexibility and ability to adapt to different customers and situations.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support store management to lead the store team.
• Ensure operational excellence with a customer-centric approach.
• Motivate the team and manage priorities to deliver results.
• Provide input on merchandise and visual presentation.
