Placements24 is seeking a detail-oriented Retail Operations Coordinator to support the smooth functioning of the retail network from the Stellenbosch hub. The role focuses on ensuring operational processes are efficient, compliant, and deliver excellent customer experiences across all stores.

You will manage inventory, drive process improvements, and coordinate with multiple departments to uphold operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing and monitoring store operational procedures and policies.
• Coordinate inventory management activities, including stock counts, transfers, and discrepancy resolution.
• Support the rollout of new operational systems or process changes across the retail locations.
• Act as a liaison between store teams and corporate departments on operational matters.
• Analyze operational reports to identify trends and recommend improvements for efficiency and cost savings.
