Placements24 is seeking a detail-oriented Retail Operations Coordinator to support its Klerksdorp stores in the North West province. You will coordinate stock levels, manage admin tasks, and act as the conduit between head office and store teams to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations, administration or logistics, preferably retail.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong Excel skills for data management and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inventory management, including stock replenishment orders and stocktaking processes across multiple locations.
• Manage administrative tasks related to store operations, such as preparing reports, processing invoices, and maintaining records.
• Facilitate communication between store teams and head office departments regarding operational matters.
• Assist in the implementation of new store policies and procedures, ensuring compliance across all retail sites.
• Support store teams with operational queries and troubleshooting to ensure seamless business flow.
