Placements24 is seeking a motivated Retail Assistant Manager for our Richards Bay branch in KwaZulu-Natal. You will support the Store Manager, drive sales, oversee operations, and lead a high-performing sales team while ensuring outstanding customer service and store presentation.

The role focuses on staff supervision, inventory accuracy, and adherence to policies to deliver a profitable, customer-centric shopping environment.

Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Assist the Store Manager in daily operations, including opening and closing procedures.

• Handle customer complaints and inquiries to maintain satisfaction.
