Placements24 seeks a Regional Retail Operations Supervisor to oversee multiple stores in the Richards Bay, KwaZulu-Natal region. The role requires strategic thinking, strong operational background, and ability to drive efficiency and profitability across locations.

You will implement operational strategies, ensure adherence to company standards, and support store management teams. The ideal candidate has multi-site retail management experience and a deep understanding of best practices in retail

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in retail management, with multi-site oversight.
• Experience developing and executing operational strategies that drive results.
• Strong understanding of KPIs, financials, and inventory control.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement regional plans to hit sales and profitability targets.
• Ensure consistent policies and standards across stores in Richards Bay, KwaZulu-Natal.
• Monitor performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
• Coach Store Managers to enhance operations and leadership.
• Conduct store visits and audits to ensure compliance and share best practices.
• Oversee regional inventory and stock movements to minimize losses.
• Support visual merchandising and promotional activities region-wide.
• Ensure health, safety and security compliance across locations.
• Collaborate with marketing and logistics on regional initiatives.
• Drive initiatives to improve efficiency and customer experience.
