About the Role

Our client is looking for a proactive and organized Retail Operations Supervisor to oversee essential back-end operations at their store in Klerksdorp, North West . You will be instrumental in managing inventory, ensuring stock accuracy, overseeing deliveries, and supporting the sales floor team with operational needs. This role requires a strong eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to streamline processes to enhance overall store efficiency, contributing to the smooth functioning of retail operations in Klerksdorp .

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain accurate inventory levels, including cycle counts and stock takes.
• Oversee the receiving, unpacking, and processing of all incoming merchandise.
• Ensure efficient stockroom organization and accessibility for sales associates.
