Brights in the Wes-Kaap region is seeking a Store Administrator to support the retail department with stock control, data entry and daily admin tasks. You will liaise with stores and suppliers to ensure product availability and accurate stock levels.

The role requires Matric or equivalent, at least 3 years in a similar role, and strong Microsoft Office skills. You will handle special orders, promotions, and routine reporting while delivering high-quality customer service.

Qualifikationen

• Matric or equivalent is required.
• Brights Induction (Service Excellence) completed or willing to complete.
• 3 years minimum experience in a similar role.
• Customer service training completed.
• Store training and product knowledge training.
• Strong communication skills (verbal & written) at all levels.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
• Computer skills – Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, E-mail).

Aufgaben

• Liaise with store personnel regarding supply and demand of products.
• Insert stock from suppliers and manage stock records.
• Process special orders, credits and stock take adjustments.
• Source out-of-stock products from suppliers or branches.
• Assist with reducing dormant and excess stock and with procurement of promotional stock.
• Attend to administrative duties in the department and improve processes.
• Report incidents to the manager on a daily basis.
• Maintain housekeeping of the work area and support superior as requested.
