This role is critical for enhancing operational efficiency, implementing best practices, and driving strategic initiatives that improve the customer and associate experience. You will work closely with store management, regional teams, and cross-functional departments to streamline processes and ensure consistent execution of company standards in a fully remote capacity. This position requires a strategic thinker with deep retail operations expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and optimize retail operational processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and profitability.
• Analyze operational data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to improve store performance and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support new store openings, remodels, and the rollout of new operational initiatives.
• Create and deliver training materials and programs to store teams on operational best practices and system usage.
• Conduct virtual store audits and provide recommendations for improvements in merchandising, inventory management, and operational compliance.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for retail operations systems and tools, supporting troubleshooting and user adoption.

Requirements
