Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• MBA is a plus and highly regarded.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in retail operations management or equivalent.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in retail operations management, with a proven track record of success.
• Strong understanding of retail supply chain, inventory management, and store operations.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in retail management software, ERP systems, and data analysis tools.
• Experience in developing and implementing operational strategies.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel as needed within the Soweto, Gauteng region and surrounding areas.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
