Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in retail management.
• 5+ years in a senior leadership role overseeing multiple stores.
• Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
• Strong understanding of retail operations, merchandising, and inventory management.
• Excellent leadership and team-building abilities.
• Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to inform strategy.
• Experience with retail management software and systems.
• Knowledge of the Soweto retail market is a significant asset.
