You will shape retail strategy, manage a large team of store managers, and implement initiatives aligned with the brand. A proven track record in a fast-paced retail environment is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business/retail fields.
• 8+ years in retail management with 4+ years in senior leadership.
• Proven track record in driving sales and efficiency in multi‑unit environments.
• Strong merchandising, inventory, and customer service knowledge.
• Excellent leadership, communication and team-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall retail operations strategy to drive sales growth and profitability.
• Lead regional and store managers with guidance, support, and performance feedback.
• Ensure brand standards, merchandising guidelines and operating procedures are consistently applied across stores.
• Analyze sales data, customer feedback and market trends to identify improvement opportunities.
• Oversee budgets, inventory control, and loss prevention for the retail network.
• Implement training and development programs to elevate staff performance.
• Drive initiatives to enhance customer engagement and loyalty programs.
