You will lead store teams, optimize operations and execute growth strategies. The ideal candidate has a strong track record in retail management, excellent people skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management.
• Strong understanding of retail sales, operations and customer service principles.
• Excellent leadership, communication and team-building skills.
• Experience with POS systems and retail management software.
• Ability to analyze sales data and create actionable plans.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of multiple retail stores, ensuring profitability and adherence to brand standards.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
• Recruit, train, and motivate store staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Oversee inventory management, visual merchandising and store presentation.
• Implement operational policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance.
• Analyze sales data and store performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
