You will guide a large operations team, drive efficiency, ensure quality and regulatory compliance, and liaise with internal and external stakeholders to sustain growth and profitability.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
• 10+ years of senior operational leadership experience, preferably in retail.
• Proven success in managing large-scale operations and budgets.
• Expertise in strategic planning, process optimization, and performance management.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of retail operations, supply chain and logistics.
• Ability to drive change and foster accountability.
• Experience with business process re-engineering and technology implementation.
• Resilience and ability to perform under pressure in a dynamic market.
