Job summary

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in operations management, with at least 4 years in regional or multi-site leadership.
• Proven success in driving operational efficiency, cost reduction and revenue growth.
• Strong leadership, strategic planning, and decision-making capabilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage diverse teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct the daily operations of multiple business units within the designated region, ensuring adherence to company standards.
• Develop and implement strategic operational plans to achieve regional growth and profitability targets.
• Manage regional budgets, resource allocation, and P&L statements for all operational activities.
• Lead, mentor, and develop regional operational teams, fostering a performance-driven culture.
• Ensure consistent implementation of operational policies, procedures, and best practices across all sites.
• Monitor regional performance metrics and implement corrective actions to address any deviations from targets.
