Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
• Master's degree is advantageous.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in logistics and operations management with warehousing and distribution focus.
• Experience leading large teams in complex operational environments.
• Knowledge of logistics best practices, lean principles, and Six Sigma.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day logistics operations including receiving, warehousing, order processing and dispatch.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and delivery times.
• Lead and develop a team of logistics professionals with performance management.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and control systems.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
