Qualifications

• Strong leadership capabilities with a demonstrated ability to manage and motivate teams effectively.
• Expertise in process improvement methodologies, financial management, and performance tracking.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of operations within the Gauteng province, including planning, execution, and optimization of business processes.
• Develop and implement strategic operational plans that align with the company's overall business objectives and growth targets.
