Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in retail management.
• Experience leading and motivating large teams.
• Solid knowledge of inventory control and loss prevention.
• Proficiency with retail management software and data analysis tools.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and planning skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to influence stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Admin/Management or related field preferred.
• Experience in Western Cape region is advantageous.
• Ability to adapt to evolving retail trends and customer expectations.
