Job summary

Edgray Distributors (Pty) Ltd t/a JUMBO is seeking an Administration Controller to manage clerical processing and maintain Store Operations records at our Klerksdorp branch. You will oversee cash handling, filing, reporting, stock data capture, and supervision of cash desk staff, while enforcing procedures, health and safety, and service standards.

The role requires attention to detail, reliability and teamwork in a dynamic retail setting.

Qualifications

• Matric and relevant NQF 5 certificate are required.
• Computer literacy with Word and Excel essential.
• 2–5 years experience in sales or cashier environments.
• Ability to follow procedures and maintain records.

Responsibilities

• Cash handling and daily banking in coordination with Store Manager.
• Maintain filing; ensure slips are signed and audited.
• Prepare requisitions and replenish stock as needed.
• Data capturing of stock received and sent from branch.
• Supervise cash desk staff and enforce procedures.
• Ensure Health & Safety standards and security measures.
