A minimum of 2 years in retail administration or management and knowledge of systems like SAP are essential. This position demands strong analytical and leadership skills, along with the ability to mentor and manage staff effectively.

Qualifications

• Essential to have Grade 12 / Matric.
• Diploma in Finance, Administration, or Retail Management is advantageous.
• 2+ years of experience in retail administration or management.
• Knowledge of retail management systems like SAP or UNISOLV.
• Strong numerical, analytical, and leadership skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transport.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store administration and ensure compliance with company SOPs.
• Manage daily cash operations, reconciliations, and banking.
• Monitor and control stock movements, shrinkage, and goods receiving.
• Prepare and analyse financial and operational reports.
• Manage store expense budgets and profitability controls.
• Support HR processes including timekeeping and scheduling.
• Lead and mentor administrative and cashier teams.
