Cashbuild Limited in Dawn Park is seeking an Assistant Manager (External Applications Only) to protect and grow market share in line with the Store, Division and Company strategy.

The role requires Grade 12 with 2 years of retail management experience, a valid driver’s license, strong accounting, leadership and admin skills, plus basic computer literacy. Own transport and a cell phone are essential to perform duties effectively.

Formación

• Grade 12 with at least 2 years retail management experience.
• Valid driver's license and valid ID or work permit (local).
• Strong accounting, leadership and administrative skills.
• Computer literate with basic MS Office knowledge.
• Sound knowledge of Health and Safety (OHSA) and HR skills.
• Own transport and mobile phone required.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the Store Manager to develop and execute the Store Business Plan aligned with Company strategy.
• Grow and protect market share and achieve sales budgets by category.
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain customer audits above 95%.
• Manage stock control, shrinkage, PIC processes, stock takes and stock movement.
• Oversee cash handling, debtors and petty cash; ensure strong financial controls.
