Placements24 is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join its retail support team in Welkom. You will be the first point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and processing orders with accuracy and care.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12th-grade education or equivalent.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven experience in customer-facing roles is preferred.
• Ability to operate CRM software and standard office tools.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively, aiming for first-contact resolution.
• Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately.
• Provide detailed information about products and services to customers.
• Maintain accurate customer records and interaction logs in the CRM system.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.
