Placements24 is assisting a renowned retail brand in recruiting a Customer Care Agent for their Sandton flagship store. You will be the first point of contact, delivering friendly service and handling inquiries to ensure an exceptional shopping experience.

This on-site role requires energy, a customer-centric mindset, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment. Key duties include greeting customers, processing transactions, resolving complaints, and staying updated on promotions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in retail or hospitality.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues calmly.
• Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer apps.
• Reliable, with strong work ethic and weekend availability.
• Matric certificate is required.
