Job summary

Clicks Group Limited is seeking a customer-focused Retail Assistant to support in-store POS operations, merchandising, and clubcard promotions. You will ensure accurate cash handling, promote clubcard enrollment, and deliver friendly service that makes customers feel valued.

You'll maintain stock accuracy, assist with promotions, and uphold store standards while working as a brand ambassador. Previous retail or FMCG experience is desirable, with strong maths and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Execute POS transactions accurately and process clubcard rewards.
• Promote and enroll Clicks clubcard members.
• Promote promotions to drive sales.
• Deliver friendly, professional customer service as a brand ambassador.
• Maintain merchandising and housekeeping to store standards.
• Handle cash safely and maintain accuracy.
• Provide knowledge on products, ranges, promotions.
