Sanlam Developing Markets (SDM) is seeking a Branch Leader in Pietermaritzburg to drive insurance and lending growth and provide exceptional client service. You will manage a team of Branch Consultants, align activities to the retail branch strategy, and uphold service standards across a busy branch network.

The role requires leadership experience in the financial sector, strong customer service focus, and a track record of achieving sales targets while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Formación

• Matric (Grade 12) required.
• Passed the FAIS RE5.
• 120 Wealth Management credits OR tertiary qualification recognised by the FSCA.
• Class of Business compliant per product category (annual).
• CPD compliant as per financial category.

Responsabilidades

• Drive Insurance and Lending business growth and client service through branch, achieve sales targets, and manage operational activities in the unit.
• Lead and integrate activities of Consultants (Sales and Servicing) to align with strategy.
• Guide a service delivery culture to enable optimal client experiences and day-to-day branch management.
