Sanlam Developing Markets (SDM) is seeking a branch manager in Richards Bay to grow customer base and revenue by executing the retail branch strategy. You will guide Sales Consultants, lead a service-driven culture, and oversee day-to-day branch operations, ensuring compliant, high-quality client experiences.

The role requires leadership, 5+ years in the industry with a focus on service management, credit and lending, and strong stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Matric (Grade 12) and regulatory qualifications (RE1/RE5).
• Wealth management credits or FSCA-recognised tertiary qualification.
• Annual Class of Business accreditation and CPD compliance.

Responsibilities

• Grow customer base and revenue of Sanlam Retail Mass through strategy execution.
• Guide, integrate and standardise activities of Sales Consultants.
• Lead service delivery culture and branch client experience.
• Manage day-to-day operations and branch strategy development.
• Ensure sales delivery, compliance and risk management.
