Sanlam Developing Markets in Thabazimbi, Limpopo, is seeking a Branch Manager to grow customer base and revenue by leading the retail branch strategy and guiding Sales Consultants. The role focuses on delivering an exceptional client experience and ensuring compliant operations.

You will manage day-to-day branch activities, develop business plans, drive sales, and maintain strong stakeholder engagement. A minimum of five years in financial services with leadership experience, RE1/RE5, and CPD

Qualifications

• Matric with RE1/RE5 and CPD compliance.
• 120 Wealth Management credits or FSCA-recognised qualification.
• Class of Business accreditation required annually.
• Minimum 5 years leadership experience in financial services and service management.
• Credit and lending experience is essential.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks and Sanlam products.

Responsibilities

• Grow customer base and revenue through branch strategy.
• Lead and align Sales Consultants with the strategy.
• Drive service culture and optimal client experience.
• Oversee daily branch operations and business planning.
• Ensure sales delivery, compliance, and risk management.
• Manage HR processes for direct reports; talent and performance.
• Plan and report monthly sales and service activity.
