Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 years’ experience in an assistant store management role within a retail/FMCG.
• Successful completion of Clicks Trainee Store Management Programme is acceptable.
• Financial management experience in budgets and profit-loss statements.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in efficient store operation and service excellence.
• Drive sales and customer loyalty to meet financial and compliance targets.
• Oversee operational activities including stock management and expenses.
• Ensure an effective in-store visual merchandising execution.
