Jonsson Workwear Paarl is seeking a highly organized Admin Support team member to keep store operations accurate and efficient behind the scenes. You will handle administrative processes, payroll coordination, banking, and stock control, while ensuring excellent customer service at the front line.

The role requires attention to detail, ownership, and the ability to work across systems in a fast-paced retail environment. Weekend work may be required.

Formación

• Experience providing administrative support in a retail or store environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ownership of tasks.
• Comfortable handling routines like filing, invoicing, and basic payroll coordination.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure that every customer’s need is attended to brilliantly, with passion and exceptional attention to detail.
• Ensure that all administrative processes are coordinated effectively within the store.
• Oversee all system processes and ensure all transactions are up to date, accurately processed, and all documents are correctly filed.
• Reconcile and prepare floats, petty cash, and daily banking of cash.
• Coordinate and execute payroll activities accurately and timeously.
• Check PODs for all account invoices and control manual invoices.
• Process stock adjustments accurately and efficiently.
• Check all credit applications and assist the Support Office with all debtor queries.
• Reconcile all sample and promotional accounts.
• Gain a complete understanding of our entire product offering.
• Assist with ensuring all our products are always well stocked and merchandised to the highest standard.
• Assist customers by preparing quotations for current and future orders.
• Follow up efficiently and effectively with customers on everything related to their outstanding orders and quotations.
• Process customer payments at Point of Sale and take accountability for the cash desk when required.
• Be available to work on weekends when required.
