Placements24 is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager in Bloemfontein to lead daily operations, drive guest satisfaction, and grow the business. You will oversee front-of-house and back-of-house activities, train staff, manage inventory, and uphold service standards to ensure a positive dining experience.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a proven track record in restaurant management, with flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in restaurant management or a senior supervisory role.
• Proven track record in staff management and customer service excellence.
• Strong understanding of P&L statements, inventory management, and cost control.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays in Bloemfontein.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house coordination.
• Manage, train, motivate, and schedule restaurant staff to ensure efficient service.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards for food, service, and cleanliness.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally.
