Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or senior operations role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills to inspire and develop staff.
• Solid knowledge of restaurant operations, including FOH/BOH management, P&L, and cost control.
• Proficient in POS systems and inventory management software.
• Exceptional customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Commitment to maintaining high standards in a fast-paced, on-site environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations and service delivery.
• Lead, train, and motivate front-of-house and back-of-house teams to achieve service excellence.
• Oversee inventory management, stock control, and purchasing to minimize waste and control costs.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene across all aspects of the operation.
• Implement and enforce policies to ensure health and safety compliance.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly to maintain guest satisfaction.
