The ideal candidate will have deep F&B knowledge, strong leadership, and a track record of delivering exceptional dining experiences in high-volume environments, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Restaurant General Manager or Assistant Manager in a high-volume establishment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent knowledge of restaurant operations, including POS systems, inventory management, and P&L statements.
• Passion for food, beverage, and exceptional customer service.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
