Busy Restaurant based in Durban is looking for an experienced Restaurant General Manager. The General Manager will be responsible for the management and overall responsibility of the restaurant. Supervision; performance management and effective delegation to various junior managers and staff to ensure an efficient and smooth-running restaurant.
