Qualifications

• Minimum +1 year restaurant/fast-food management experience.
• GAAP/Micros knowledge advantageous.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall operation of the restaurant/take-away.
• Maintain quality standards per SOPs and brand requirements.
• Manage stock control, purchasing and orders.
• Address customer complaints and maintain service levels.
• Drive profitability and achieve sales targets; motivate staff.
• Lead and schedule staff, enforce discipline, and teamwork.
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
